When a Doge helped break a world record.

Notes:

It's an attempt to honor Usain Bolt's historic 100m run at the 2009 World Championships at Berlin, finishing at 9.58 seconds to set a new world record.. I tried to depict a Doge driving on Bolt to run faster, yelling "Run Bolt, run!"
